Terms and Conditions
Coverage
Rental of the studio includes the use of equipment, accessories, and facilities listed herein, which the Client has inspected and confirmed to be in good working condition.
Equipment
All equipment, accessories, and facilities included in the rental package are deemed to be in good working condition, but Sage Studios does not guarantee their suitability for the Client’s specific purposes. Only Sage Studios personnel are allowed to handle the equipment.
Rental Rates
All rates are introductory and subject to change without prior notice. Sage Studios reserves the right to adjust pricing, terms, and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

Priority Scheduling
Elite Tier clients are entitled to priority access to the studio schedule. This includes first choice of available dates and times, including high-demand slots, as well as preferential consideration for rescheduled or waitlisted bookings. Priority scheduling does not override confirmed bookings and is subject to studio availability.
Studio Use and Rules
Only personnel directly involved in the shoot/production are allowed inside the premises.
Pets are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Maximum number of people allowed inside the studio at a time is 15 persons, unless otherwise approved by Sage Studios management.
A written request, subject to approval of Sage Studios, is necessary for:
- Shooting in areas outside the designated studio space.
- Any set construction.
- Bringing in additional equipment or accessories beyond standard use.
Clients with technical requirements beyond what Sage Studios provides may bring in additional equipment at their own expense. Additional electricity charges may apply subject to evaluation.
Cleanliness must be observed at all times.
Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas. Beverages in open cups are not allowed in the studio.
The Client and their guests will be liable for any damage incurred to Sage Studios property.
Unauthorized access to restricted areas, tampering with AC unit controls, or placing heavy equipment near glass/windows is strictly prohibited.
Sage Studios is not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises.
Reservation and Payment
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable down payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the booking request.

Cash over the counter
If the down payment is not received within this period, Sage Studios reserves the right to release the reserved slot without prior notice.
Balance of the rental fee, plus any additional fees (e.g., overtime, damages, additional equipment), must be settled immediately after the rental session.
In cases where Sage Studios waives the 50% deposit, full payment is required immediately after the rental session. Walk-in clients may be accommodated if slots are available.
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy
Cancellation
The 50% reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited if the Client cancels their booking.
If full payment has already been made, only the remaining 50% balance may be refunded.
Rebooking
Rebooking requests made at least 48 hours before the reserved schedule may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability. The reservation fee will be applied to the new booking.
Rebooking requests made less than 48 hours before the reserved schedule will incur a 25% rebooking fee of the total rental cost, which must be settled before the new booking is confirmed.
Same-day rebooking requests will be treated as a cancellation. The reservation fee will be forfeited, and a new reservation fee will be required to secure the new booking.
No-shows
Failure to appear on the reserved date and time without prior notice will be considered a cancellation, and the full rental amount will be charged.
Rental Duration
Rental time is based on the reserved schedule. Overtime is charged per hour according to the standard rates and subject to availability.
The Client is given a 30-minute grace period for the Multi-Use Space and a 15-minute grace period for the Podcast Studio before and after the reserved time for ingress (setup) and egress (pack-up).
Late arrivals will still be charged based on the booked schedule.
If the Client exceeds the allotted grace period, the overtime charge for a full hour will automatically apply.
Damage to Equipment and Facilities
The Client agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixture, or facility is mishandled, broken, ruined, or stolen during use, they will pay the repair or replacement cost within five (5) working days.
Weather and Outages
Sage Studios shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., power outages, weather conditions, emergencies).
Talents and Participants
The Client is solely responsible for verifying that all talents are of legal age, or in the case of minors, have proper parental/guardian consent. Sage Studios bears no responsibility for such verification but reserves the right to terminate activities if violations are observed.
Inspection of Premises
The Client shall allow Sage Studios staff to inspect the equipment or studio at any time during the booking. If violations of these Terms & Conditions are found, Sage Studios reserves the right to revoke access without liability, without refund, and without prejudice to fees already accrued.
Waiver of Liability
Sage Studios shall not be liable for any personal injuries, damage, or loss sustained by the Client, their associates, or guests, except where directly caused by fault or negligence of Sage Studios staff.
The Client is responsible for their belongings and activities while inside the premises.
The Client releases and holds harmless Sage Studios, its owners, staff, and agents, from all claims or demands arising from use of the studio.
Applicable Laws
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig. Should any provision of this Agreement be declared void, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By proceeding with an online booking, the Client expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, rules, and policies set forth in this Agreement. The Client further affirms that non-compliance may result in penalties, termination of the booking, and liability for any resulting damages, fees, or losses incurred by Sage Studios.
